The staff at Sunshine Toyota are friendly and the facility is clean, including waiting areas and bathrooms. Communication, however, between staff members and customers needs to be improved. We had multiple issues between our sales person and ourselves and the sales person and the manager. We were unable to take our new car home right away due to policies with payment that weren’t made clear at the beginning. A payment structure that had been fine at other dealerships was not cleared at Sunshine; that is understandable, but frustrating when not stated ahead of time. This resulted in multiple multi-hour trips to the dealership, since we aren’t local. As customers, we only navigate buying new vehicles, every few years or more. Sunshine Toyota does this process every day and should be willing to assist customers, making it as clear and easy to navigate as possible. To end on a positive note: Angel detailed the used car before I picked it up and did an amazing job - it felt like new! More
