I had a really frustrating experience with Cochran, particularly with the finance department. Taylor Brown added warranties to my contract that we never agreed to. To top it off, I found out that they particularly with the finance department. Taylor Brown added warranties to my contract that we never agreed to. To top it off, I found out that they were video recording our conversations without my permission, which I found quite unsettling. It’s now been three months since I canceled those warranties, and I still haven’t received any refunds. I’ve sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, but I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s been incredibly disappointing, and I would urge others to steer clear of this dealership. More
