Long story short, I went in to "just look", and ended up making a purchase, in possibly, dealership's record time. I was impressed with the way Justin took care of me, LITERALLY, from the time I stepped out making a purchase, in possibly, dealership's record time. I was impressed with the way Justin took care of me, LITERALLY, from the time I stepped out of my car (doors still open) to the time I was driving off the lot in my new vehicle. He made the experience enjoyable. I didn't feel any pressure. It felt like he was meeting me where I was. I explained to him what I was looking for, and guys, I drove off with what we ended up calling a unicorn, a vehicle I didn't know existed. Nothing but kudos to the entire team. Osman hooked me up with the numbers I was looking for. Oh forgot, I also said I would shout out the salesman who allowed me to use his small space heater to warm my hands while I was waiting. Literally, took it from under his desk to help me warm up (smiles all night). thank you guys. I've never been this happy from buying a car. But this was an amazing experience. More
