Purchasing the used car was great. The sales and finance team was very helpful. The only issue I ran into is that on the 7 hour drive home the check engine light came on. We reached out to the dealership and no one reply to our calls. We also followed up by email multiple times and no one followed up. I took the car to a local dealer and found out it needed $1800 in electrical and safety work to get the vehicle in working condition. The car is great and so was the buying process. Not sure why they wouldn’t have offered to fix the issues before we drove home on misaligned tires and a battery that needed to be changed. I would’ve paid to have it done. More
