I leased a C-HR crossover car in December. There is o=no automatic truck opener. I found this car was not right for me. I am 4 ft 11 and roof of truck was over 6 ft, i worked t0 try to get help with the automatic truck opener. I found this car was not right for me. They got me out of my lease and bought my car, no fee for paper work etc. I bought a Rav4 LXE only paying a down payment. I got a car I love. All my stress is gone. Everyone was great and I am thank for all their help and kindness they offered me. They were amazing to get me out of a lease for a car that was not correct for me, I have bought 6 Toyotas and loved everyone except the last one. John was very excellent with the paperwork and explained everything to me, Robert, Consumer relations Manager adjusted my trunk to my height and showed me how to do it. It was a great experience and I am thankful for being out of my lease. Keep up the good wok. More
