At one point, I thought I had decided on a vehicle and we even started looking at numbers, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I should keep looking. When I asked to go back outside and check other options, he gave me no pushback at all. Instead, he was understanding and supportive, which meant a lot to me during such an important decision. We ended up looking at a couple more vehicles, and I ultimately chose the CR-V, a decision I feel really good about. I left feeling relieved, confident, and grateful for how smooth he made the process.
