My experience with this dealership was excellent. I chose this place based on reviews as I am new to the area. I am so glad I did! He listened to my concerns and explained everything to me, and kept up communication while I waited for the work to be done in my car. He was very professional and friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything went just as he had told me. My wait time was just as expected, the whole place was super clean and the waiting area was very nice. The work done on my car was great. I am so thankful to have an honest shop to take my car to with confidence, I highly recommend Jim Ellis Ford, and Jaime in particular, to anyone who needs a trustworthy and very well run place to have their car serviced.
