I worked with Jyair to handle my Bronco oil change and rear camera recall. Everything was taken care of perfect and quicker than I was quoted. I had an excellent experience at Jim Ellis Sandy Springs in the service department, thanks to my service advisor, Jyair Means. From start to finish, Jyair was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He in the service department, thanks to my service advisor, Jyair Means. From start to finish, Jyair was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. What stood out most was his communication— he kept me updated throughout the process and made the whole experience stress-free. It's not often you find someone who combines great customer service with genuine care, but Jyair definitely does. If you're looking for top-notch service, I highly recommend asking for Jyair Means. He's the reason I'll continue bringing my car to Jim Ellis Sandy Springs. More

The Service Department did a great job taking care of our 2020 Edge. Adrian the Service Technician completed the maintenance work on our vehicle in less than an hour. He made sure the driveway was covered a 2020 Edge. Adrian the Service Technician completed the maintenance work on our vehicle in less than an hour. He made sure the driveway was covered as he change the oil rotated tires etc. Kudos to Jayair for making this a very smooth process. More

I have tried this dealership and two other big dealerships in the metro since I got my Bronco in 21 and I must say I'm glad to be back to great service for my Bronco and customer service. Ford is absolutely the worst. I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charg I will never buy another Ford again! Earlier this month, I took my car in for a transmission malfunction. They supposedly fixed the problem and charged me $1,500. I picked it up that Wednesday, and by Friday, the car was experiencing the same issue. I had the car towed back to the shop, and 30 minutes after the tow, my Ford service agent called to inform me that my front grill shutter and oil pan were cracked. The tow company showed me how they picked up my car, clearly proving they did no damage. Ford damaged my car when they picked it up and refuses to take accountability for it. Due to their negligence and lack of responsibility, my car has been marked a total loss. If they had fixed the problem correctly the first time, I wouldn’t be in this mess. Don’t buy Ford and don’t come here. More

In a post Covid world where service is somewhat demenished, NOT HERE! These guys seamed to have doubled down on Customer Service. Just go and experience it for yourself. I would be surprised if they don't deliver. Enuff said... More
