I was leaving the Royal Caribbean garage after returning from a cruise. Upon leaving the garage, I received a warning on my dash display that a tire I was losing air (19 psi). I was 130 miles from home an from a cruise. Upon leaving the garage, I received a warning on my dash display that a tire I was losing air (19 psi). I was 130 miles from home and unfamiliar with the Ft. Lauderdale area. Luckily, I made it to this Lorenzo Nissan Service Center close by. I was welcomed by a friendly service manager who made the necessary arrangements to repair the damaged tire. After diagnosis, no leak was found, and the explanation was faulty sensor error. The treatment I received was awesome. This is the way all service operations should be run. Thank you! More
