Before taking ownership of my 328 two weeks ago I shopped at two different manufacturers before choosing BMW for my second car. I was really surprised what poor customer service I received at these other dealerships. I made one call to my salesman, KC Chan, and he took care of all my needs within hours and had a deposit by days end. I'm happy to have two BMW's in the driveway ! More
