This is our third car that we bought at your dealership and have felt like you've given us the best value on our trade-ins. Wish there was a way to shorten the amount of time it takes to buy a car but overall we felt well cared for and left feeling very satisfied thanks to Kyle and Dan and the accounts manager who went over all the details of the paperwork with us carefully. He didn't "sell" me a car - I was already in on buying a CRV and I liked the car I bought. What he did well was answer questions or concerns and follow up. Should I have negotiated more or a better price? Probably. But I was comfortable with the car and the price and with Kyle not being a "cheesy" sales type it was an easy decision. I don't recall the Finance person I dealt with but he was excellent as well. The fact that I paid cash made that process easier so I'm not sure how to properly rate him but my interaction with him was simple, straight forward and professional. More
