Service personnel greeted me as soon as I pulled in, and I was in and out in a few minutes with a free courtesy rental car. Great car buying experience I started my car purchase process with a salesman named Ka and then I was helped with a different salesman named Scott when I returned a couple of day I started my car purchase process with a salesman named Ka and then I was helped with a different salesman named Scott when I returned a couple of days later and Ka wasn't available. I felt a little uncomfortable because it seemed as though I had switched horses in midstream but they were both terrific. Each one was more than willing to help me at any time and believe me, I had many questions and requests throughout the process.
