Worst experience ever! !!!! Started out trying to get my 18-yr old daughter a newer car, we live in Michigan. Finally found the needle in the haystack, the perfect car, ev !!!! Started out trying to get my 18-yr old daughter a newer car, we live in Michigan. Finally found the needle in the haystack, the perfect car, every option she wanted at a good price. but it was in Skokie Illinois (old Orchard Nissan). We proceeded to our credit union, and she was pre-approved at 4.5% interest for the car, I proceeded to stay in contact with Old Orchard, I explained everything to Paul (salesman), from her credit union approval all the way thru Mi tax and Mi title, they assured me everything was covered, no problem. Car will be warmed up upon our arrival 9am. we headed to Ill in a snowstorm all 5-hr. white knuckle drive, we arrived guess what no Paul, no warmed-up car, they had to go find it, finally car shows up to lot, yup everything she wanted, I proceeded to talk with the new salesman Giddian which was really nice, polite and totally understood my Delima thru the hour I was there. Manager Casper (like the ghost) came to me and said we cannot sell you the car unless I financed thru them, I politely said no here is the whole conversation thru messages back and forth thru myself and Paul. Well after waiting for about 30 min Casper and Eric Villanueva (General Manager) said to me and my 18-yr old daughter it is time to part ways and LEAVE!!! I about lost it and offered to pay in cash, credit card .... ETC, they said no leave. They Kicked us out, unbelievable Worst experience of my life buying a car!!! More

My wife and I bought our third car at Old Orchard Nissan, and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. I came all the way from Wisconsin to see a car at Old Orchard Nissan. The car was priced at $25,000. Mustafa Sidiqian helped me. He was your average sleepy car salesman. He tried to sell the car to me for $40,000 after "taxes and everything". I told him no and then he went down to $30,000. Eventually he came down to $28,200 after "taxes and everything". After the paperwork was drawn up he had charged me $27,700 for the car that was $25,000 and the taxes and fees were only $500. Slime ball. When I asked him why does it say the car is $27,700 he tried to make up excuses. More
