I did an internet inquiry with Kaelynm and to say she was very non-responsive, was very unprofessional and couldn't answer simple questions on F-150 towing capacity. I wish I could have bought from my local Ford store, but I ended up driving elsewhere to receive a higher customer experience! I would recommend that to anyone else in the davenport area. More
