Kainoa Payton was extremely patient with us and listened to our needs and wants. He is the reason we bought the 2022 VW Atlas from Suntrup. He took time out of his busy schedule to show us cars on another to our needs and wants. He is the reason we bought the 2022 VW Atlas from Suntrup. He took time out of his busy schedule to show us cars on another storage lot, answer all of our questions. Customer service is his top priority. After we purchased the car he sent text asking how we liked the vehicle. He arranged a couple dents to be removed the following Tuesday at 9:00AM that went flawless. A huge Thank You to Kai!!! More

This is my 4th car from Suntrup VW. The new update to the lot/building is great. Everything was clean and everyone was nice. Salesman Kainoa Payton did everything i asked and did a great job. When I found what I wanted/liked it was time to go through finance. That's when nightmare started.They wanted me to go with Vw finance but i decided to not go with Vw finance and instead to go with my person bank. Make the story short, they charged me $500 because I went with my personal bank. If I had time I would of went to a different car dealership, but from now and on will do different. More
