I was very pleased with the service at the dealership. From checking in to picking up my car, everything was easy. But most importantly, I appreciated her help in getting the information on the service plan I purchased at original dealership, that enabled me to save several hundred dollars on this service.
The only thing I would comment on is that the car was washed on outside, which is great, but not vacuumed on the inside. The other dealership did that, and I guess that was my expectation at Russ Darrow. Perhaps that’s something you’d consider in the future.
