We (my immediate family) purchased 5 cars in 3 years. The first 2 were as a result of hurricane ida. We happened to stop in Galaxy and met our sales person KJ. And haven’t been to anyone else. We did shop around shortly only to find the typical nonsense. KJ is not like the others so we were back to KJ for the next 3 cars. Sincere and understanding. Answers questions honestly. I must say I am a very very difficult customer, however, KJ is patience and professional. I must say I would recommend him highly. I have never met a car salesperson in all my years of having done this car buying and leasing that I would recommend but I would KJ. Let’s face it. It’s a car dealer. They have to make money but I don’t think you will regret seeing KJ to start your deal. And the managers will be managers. P.S. Feel good dealing with Toyota Galaxy. Quite helpful and flexible people provide maximum support as they can, specially a sales person KJ who deal with us.
