If I could rate this dealer zero stars I would This may have been the worst experience I've ever had. I was told that my car would take about 1-3 days to be diagnosed which I was fine with. Fast forward 4 days I requested an update on the car but still had not received anything. My service advisor Elijah Bolton had been ignoring all my messages and had me waiting days just to get an update. On the 5th day I went to the dealer in person just to find out nothing had been done and my car had been left in the parking lot. After speaking with Bobby the service manager he had said it would take 2-3 week BEFORE IT COULD EVEN BE LOOKED AT!!!. Also when walking in Elijah had seen me and walked away to avoid me. I had decided to wait 2 more days just incase they were backed up. On the 3rd day I called the dealership to get an update where I was told the car had not been looked at and was still sitting outside. Then I had enough and have taken my business to a better dodge dealer almost 45 minutes away. The new dealership had heard my story and said it was the most ridiculous thing they had heard. Also the NEW dealership had given me an update less then 24 hours after drop off. IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SAN LEANDRO DEALERSHIP PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME. I honestly regret buying a car from these clowns. More

I initially planned on picking up the car later day, but they offered to deliver it for free. Since I live in SF, I took the opportunity and made an arrangement for the delivery. I took a day off, waited, and it's a no show. The guy kept making excuses and kept moving the date. I finally got fed up and picked up the car myself. It was very frustrating and seemed obvious to me that they didn't care about customer service after closing the deal. Overall, very disappointing. More
