Oleg was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable about the product and took all the time we needed to answer our questions. From the moment that my son drove me to the BMW of Birmingham, I was nervous and excited. This was the first time in 29 years that I was buying a car without my husband.
