Kali was absolutely WONDERFUL! I absolutely loved working with her! Amazing woman and amazing to work with. However, I left at 5 a.m and drove 3 hours to get there at 8 in the morn I absolutely loved working with her! Amazing woman and amazing to work with. Kali met me up there, I took off half a day from work because the process should not have taken more than 2 hours with me making it back home around 12 noon. When I got there, my vehicle was not ready at all. The blind side camera was not working so they had to go get that replaced which took about 5/6 hours. I do appreciate them fixing that while I was there however, Kali was off the day before so why was there no teamwork involved in making sure the vehicle was ready first thing when I got there to make the purchasing process smoothly. Kali had to get there that morning and do everything, absolutely no teamwork Instead I waited at the dealership from 8-2 p.m waiting on a vehicle that should have already been ready to which I had to drive an additional 3 hours to make it back home. I should have been out of that dealership by 10 a.m. Kali apologized to me so much but no apology from the manager or anyone. A complete disregard for someone who drove 3 hours to get a vehicle from their dealership. Absolutely terrible service on behalf of the dealership. I would love to work with Kali again but this dealership did not make a good first impression. Please give Kali all of her flowers because she was absolutely awesome. Also, PLEASE inspect your vehicle fully before purchasing. That same day a front piece of my bumper began flapping in the wind and after I looked closely, it was being held together by super glue! Again, Kali was as awesome as could be but the dealership as a whole lacked customer service. More

While everyone was nice and pleasant, I worked directly with Kali on my vehicle purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. She addressed all my questions and concerns wi with Kali on my vehicle purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. I would definitely this recommend this dealership to anyone that may be interested in clean late model luxury vehicles. More
