Kali took the time to stand in the parking lot with me for almost an hour comparing and contrasting pros and cons for each vehicle. She was very knowledgeable. Her service background is a great attribute. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and would recommend BLM to anyone in the market for a new car. More

Kali was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at and helped guide my decision towards a car that hopefully lasts me a while. She also helped out with an issue that I had after leaving the lot which was above and beyond for a car salesperson. The only negative thing was that my 2016 Altima did not come with an owners manual which is not a big deal but could be seen as an expectation for a newer car. Overall I was pleased with my experience and love my new car. More

She took care of our buying needs, preferences, and made us feel like friends not customers. It is so rare to find a car sales rep/ establishment that exhibits honesty and integrity like this. Thank you for taking care of us and helping us find a quality vehicle in our budget. We will definitely be back when it’s time to buy again!! More

I had bought my Fiat 500L because it was tiny and easy to take care of him in it. He had Dementia. After he passed away, it was all in my court. All of the decisions and payments were on my shoulders alone. I went into Birmingham Luxury Motors and found family. I was not treated as a customer...no! I was treated as family. They worked very hard to find a way to get me into my 2016 Black Rogue. Unfortunately, my Fiat had little resale value, so they got down to business and found my financial package. I was able to drive away with a great car and a great feeling of being taken care of. Not taken advantage of. I and my friends that came with me would recommend highly the people at this location. After a round of hugs, I got into my beautiful Rogue and headed home. I was not just a paycheck to these people. I was a friend. More
