Run Run if you can. I hadleased from them since 2017. I was don with leasing and have bought a car elsewhere. I was made an offer from other places for my lease end but I hadleased from them since 2017. I was don with leasing and have bought a car elsewhere. I was made an offer from other places for my lease end but was told I could not sell my leased vehicle to ANYONE ELSE except Kia dealerships who because I was not buying from them gave me $2000 less because I could not sell to anyone but Kia...Ah that's called a monopoly. I have just had 2 major surgeries have a pic IV line in my arm and they refused to even negoiate any amount over, the lease end amount even though I had positive equity. I gave xander a 2 because he was friendly . Kam Wong never showed his face just told people to tell me well unless you want to buy the car outright pay saletax on the new purchase then you can sell it to the other people who made good offers. I was told over the phone by Megan that they would offer up to 2000 over KBB even if just selling my lease. but when I got there I was told that is only if I buy or leases again. This plasce is a joke and I wasted 8 years being their customer. NEVER again More
