Unbelievable Buying Experience My wife and I were referred to John Mattis at Mercedes Benz Of Westminster CO a few weeks ago and what we experienced was nothing short of amazing!!! My wife and I were referred to John Mattis at Mercedes Benz Of Westminster CO a few weeks ago and what we experienced was nothing short of amazing!!! John listened to our desires for a vehicle and pointed us to a 2013 certified Mercedes Benz C300. We found one we liked and took it for a test drive. Here is where the experience changed from every other car buying experience both of us had ever had....John was up front and honest with us about everything and I mean everything! No hidden costs, no pressure to buy, no usual car dealership runaround. Nothing but up front professionalism from a sales person that knew their product inside and out and was passionate about the product he was selling. That passion was highly contagious as we jumped at the price and the oportunity to join the MB family. Now for the shocker....AFTER we had signed all the paperwork John came to us and said that when the car was going in for detail he noticed some damage to the drivers side front fender and that MB Westminster was going to take care of it at no cost to us.....Seriously???? On a used car??? Not only did John keep his word but they came and picked up the car and gave my wife a loaner at her work while they did the repair.
