I have never done a lease before and it turns out the pricing came in very high. They offered $599 a month with $5000 down and 7500 miles per year. Their online offer was $3999 down with $499 per month and 10000 miles per year and a free first month payment. I only figured this out after I returned home and was browsing the lease deals online. I did go back and they agreed to go up to 10000 miles with no break on the money down or monthly payment. I can't believe they gave me a worse deal than advertised on their own website. I called another dealer in Schaumburg and they confirmed that this lease pricing was very high. As a person who is new to leasing, I felt I had been taken advantage of by this dealer. More

My initial online inquiry to Holly was never answered. When I decided to see the car, I just came to the dealership. Holly remembered my inquiry and said "sorry" about not responding. Not too great of a first impression of the dealership. Matthew was kind. For an L/C purchase, I would think a nicer presentation of the vehicle information would be nice. But everything was piecemeal -sign this document that I showed you. It was only about pushing the sale through. Waited way too long to see financing -which I didn't need to see since I was paying in full. Wasted an hour or more of my time. Kamil never even presented the Lexus Extra Care VSA, instead sold me a AAGI VSA which I thought was the only policy at the time available. Did my research and saw the Lexus VSA was available. Cancelled the old policy. Kamil was not much help. Delayed helping me cancel it. After asking him to cancel, six days later, I called AAGI and found out Kamil never submitted the cancellation form I filled out. Only after I cancelled and after I expressed wanting the Lexus VSA, Kamil gave me a quote via email. The fact he never presented the Lexus VSA in the first place -well seems like not interested in the customers best interest or Lexus. Again, Terry seemed the most interested in getting things done with the customers best interest. Porters were fine and I appreciate the service to drive my other car home while I drove my GX home. All others I dealt with at your dealership were dollar signs first. But that's the way of the world and I learned a long time ago if that is your priority, you will end up losing in the long run and be poor and lonely in the end. So I hope your 2020 is filled with success! I enjoy my Lexus purchase! More
