The Impossible dream I would of given a full 5 star review but I want to be honest in regards to my full experience today at M'Lady Nissan. Today I must say was an experi I would of given a full 5 star review but I want to be honest in regards to my full experience today at M'Lady Nissan. Today I must say was an experience in regards to getting myself in a used vehicle and I would of never imagine this evening that its now sitting in my garage. My visit was a long one and with a lot of patience not only with my salesman, the finance manager who went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle and I guess with myself I can say they kept their word in regards to getting me the finance that I needed. In the last month I visited two other dealer that made promises but were unable to keep them for what ever reasons. The internet staff who kept up with me in regards to the emails of all my questions and concerns and quite honestly my shear doubt. Thank you for your time and again for your patience. The reason that there are only four stars is only because of the time frame that it took to get me a vehicle, other then that I would recommend anyone that is reading this and has had trouble with your credit, please trust me when I say this only because I have lived it. M'LADY is trust worthy and will get you in a vehicle! Patience is the word for the day, but its all worth it in the end!! Thank you everyone. Brian Jensen More

Several agents at M’Lady have been gracious while I kicked tires time after time. When I finally found the exact car I wanted, I mistakenly went to Libertyville thinking they were all the same. Well, they’re not. Just before I signed, I double checked, and found the M’Lady lifetime oil changes, car wash, and pricing just can’t be matched across dealers. What a relief I made that call. M’Lady gave me the red carpet treatment at their closing hour. Kamil had my car out front, took the time to walk me through every feature, Scott happily walked me through aftermarket deals and protection options, and Abe gave me an outstanding finance deal. I got a price and rate the other dealer wouldn’t get near. Thanks for treating me like my business matters!! What a Win Win!!! More

Thorough, quick & easy! 1st time to visit M'Lady Nissan. Could not be happier or satisfied. Have owned a 2008 Rogue & absolutely love this car! Yep, got another one. Don't Believe a Word that they say or their "internet price" Called the dealership and talked with a Sales Mgr. and made a verbal agreement about a certain car at a certain price. After traveling over 280 miles the very next day the same sales mgr. tried to up the price by over 900 dollars for a destination chg. . Good thing I guess, the car was dirty inside and out and had a bad smell too. Strange for a brand new car. The internet price is not the real price and the sales staff were miffed that people besides myself were not going to bite for the deal based on their high pressure tactics. Check out Yelp.com and read more of the same from other would be customers who learned the hard way about this dealership. Also I don't believe there is a Vanessa Williams who works at this dealership she is never in and never ever returns any calls. More
