From start to finish, this was a wonderful car-buying experience. Kara had the vehicle waiting out front when we arrived for our test drive, which was a great start. She answered every question we had—an experience. Kara had the vehicle waiting out front when we arrived for our test drive, which was a great start. She answered every question we had—and then some. Kara made us feel like family, taking the time to explain every detail about the vehicle we were purchasing. Her personality, communication skills, and genuine desire to understand our wants and needs made the entire experience enjoyable. A big thank you to Chad for working with us and making sure we got exactly what we wanted while supporting Kara throughout the process. Ivan made the paperwork and signing process incredibly easy. He explained every document clearly and thoroughly, making everything simple to understand. Thank you all for making this such a fantastic experience for my wife and me. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and highly recommend your dealership! More
