Once again Kevin was able to take an unplanned battery failure and get me in the next day and get me a new battery covered under warranty. While there it was time for the rear differential fluid change. I failure and get me in the next day and get me a new battery covered under warranty. I had left my 2026 passport tse for 10 days at the airport was dead and had to be jumped to get it started that day and the next morning for me to get it to the dealership. The service department was busy but I was able to get in and out in 2 hours including a car wash. Kevin has always been excellent at his job and best I’ve ever service rep I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. More
