January car purchase Sales and finance people were great but the long wait was not. It took us 4 hours from entering the store to leaving with a new car. This is our 6th H Sales and finance people were great but the long wait was not. It took us 4 hours from entering the store to leaving with a new car. This is our 6th Honda purchase, we have always left other dealerships in less than 2 hours when purchasing a car.. Service department also very slow. Promise work to be done in a certain time frame and we have learned to add 2 hours to that time. More
