January car purchase Sales and finance people were great but the long wait was not. It took us 4 hours from entering the store to leaving with a new car. This is our 6th H Sales and finance people were great but the long wait was not. It took us 4 hours from entering the store to leaving with a new car. This is our 6th Honda purchase, we have always left other dealerships in less than 2 hours when purchasing a car.. Service department also very slow. Promise work to be done in a certain time frame and we have learned to add 2 hours to that time. More

Great buying experience for first timer I went in and the whole process was painless. A gentleman by the name of Karan Patel showed me the car I wanted and it was absolutely awesome. From the test drive to the negotiating, he was very nice. I went in first for a test drive to check the car out, and walked out after. He did not pressure me to buy, did not call me to buy nor email me which was great because I was considering my options. An aggresive sales consultant for me defintely has the opposite effect so that was great. Everything was very professional in negotiating too. I went in with some qoutes and they matched easily no questions asked. Signed the paperwork and was out in a timely manner. More
