Then, they want to insult me again, after I corrected them my name wasn't Carley, but Carla. I TOLD THEM I WAS DONE!!! Tim Pundmann, First off my name is CARLA not Carley, so don't insult me. I gave what I wanted in the years, make, model, color, zip code truck to be registered and you people failed miserably. Can any of your people read the emails?? My sales person, Kareem, was full of positive energy and made me feel comfortable. Finance has always been a miserable experience in the past at other places. Not this time. The young man I worked with, Jake, was patient, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I could tell both of these guys and the other staff I encountered truly love what they do. More
