I had my vehicle towed in for what turned out to be a bad battery. Your service Department did not "cross-reference" to see that I had an appointment scheduled on 7/6/26 to fix 2 recalls and a "whirring" sou battery. Your service Department did not "cross-reference" to see that I had an appointment scheduled on 7/6/26 to fix 2 recalls and a "whirring" sound coming from the back. Also, when I opened the back door I discovered the cover was left off of the battery. My car was there 6 days and I do think I reminded someone that it had was being brought in on 7/6. I guess in the grand scheme of things not very big deals. But I live in churchville and the drive back to have it serviced for my original complaints kind of stinks. More
