Karen is now married to her wonderful husband Bob who will soon celebrate their 13th wedding anniversary. I had the BEST experience at NuCar Chevrolet! After visiting other dealerships in the area and dealing with not-so friendly sales associates, NuCar Chevrolte was like a breath of fresh air! Karen Hoch visiting other dealerships in the area and dealing with not-so friendly sales associates, NuCar Chevrolte was like a breath of fresh air! Karen Hoch was fabulous! She was able to put me into a 2011 Chevy Tahoe within my budget and they even gave me a great deal on my trade-in, which was completely unexpected. Chuck, the Sales Manager, was also fabulous to work with and very friendly. Once the deal was made, Karen was very thorough in giving me an orientation on my new vehicle and ensuring I was all setup in it and good to go. Overall - this dealer was excellent. Very pleasant, super friendly and just fabulous. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. Thank you Karen and Chuck! More
