Best Customer Experience Ever at A Car Dealer! Karen Collis was my Sales Consultant st Ed Martin Acura. She was informative, friendly, helpful, responsive, attentive, and really trustworthy throug Karen Collis was my Sales Consultant st Ed Martin Acura. She was informative, friendly, helpful, responsive, attentive, and really trustworthy throughout the entire process of my buying my awesome car, which was important to me as an out of state buyer who was conducting business long distance over the phone over several days in which a family member of mine had a serious medical emergency. Karen was so patient and friendly and had such a trust-inspiring manner about her that not only did I buy the car sight unseen, but I drove five hours to pay for it and pick it up. Even after the sale was completed, karen followed up to make sure my trip home was smooth and to find out how my son liked the car. Everyone I met and dealt with at Ed Martin Acura had the same friendly, non-aggressive, trust-inspiring manner about them and the whole experience made me feel as if I was buying a car from a trusted friend. I love the car, feel that I got a very fair price for it, and wouldn't hesitate to drive five hours to buy a car from Karen Collis and Ed Martin Acura again. Thank you so much, Karen! More
