I am excited to start my career in car sales at Molye Chevrolet in Honeoye Falls,NY. After 30 years with J.C. Penney in Rochester I bring my long history of customer service to a new field. Originally from Indiana I moved to the area in 1982 and soon met my other half, Ron. We live nearby with our feline daughter "Calico". A few years ago I discovered golf croquet - a sport blending teamwork and tenacity - skills I bring to my workplace everyday. I look forward to seeing all my old friends and customers and making many new ones at Molye Chevrolet.

I picked my car online and made an appt to see the car. Karen had the car ready for me to test drive. It was like she rolled out a red carpet for me. She was professional and friendly. I loved my sales rep named "Rachael" the problems started when the finance person came into the picture, "Jay". It took him 4 days to put the deal together and then tells me the bank requires me to buy a war when the finance person came into the picture, "Jay". It took him 4 days to put the deal together and then tells me the bank requires me to buy a warranty package that totaled another $1900.00 for 40,000. When I got to the dealership I asked to see the paper that the bank sent requiring this warranty and was told they only recommend it, not require it. He told the same story to both my sister and I on two separate occasions. I hate people to try and screw me out of my hard earned money. I was already putting down $5000 on the deal and did not want to spend another $2000 for a warranty. I had an appointment to pick the car up at 11 am and I waited an hour and a half for him to finally get to me. I was so close to walking out of this deal. They did give a me a good trade in value for my car and a good price on the new one, but they definately need a new finance manager in the dealership. More

Also Jay in finance was able to get the rate we had already been approved for so we were able to finance right at the dealership. We were searching for a Used Chevy Equinox in the Rochester NY market, we found that Molye had 40+ units available. The website listed their hours of operation as being open until 8PM - we drove the Rochester NY market, we found that Molye had 40+ units available. The website listed their hours of operation as being open until 8PM - we drove the 30 miles from our home to the dealership, arriving at 7:10PM we were greeted by a completely dark showroom. Not to waste the trip, we explored the lot to verify their Equinox inventory. We found a couple of units that sparked our interest. I called the dealership the next day and shared our experience and the error on their website! (Sorry Molye, you lost a STAR for that issue). I asked to speak to SALES and luck of the draw, I got to speak to Karen Hire. I made an appointment for Saturday morning to view a 2016 Certified Equinox - listed on their website. Karen Hire, gets 10-STARS, she was accommodating, did not pressure us into a deal, is knowledgeable about her product, informative and helpful as we explored every step of the car buying process. When my son changed his mind about the unit he was interested in, Karen graciously asked the lot attendant to clear off the ice and snow covered 2017 Equinox (we ended up purchasing) so that we could inspect that unit and test drive it. Karen Hire's professionalism is what closed the deal for us! In the spring, when its time to replace my wife's car, we will look back at Molye's website, and call Karen to schedule a visit. More

We would definitely shop here again and have already referred our children. We have never purchased a vehicle so easily. Although the financing paperwork was ready and complete when we got there, the finance person shared his political views with us (and they are the opposite of ours). We didn't respond, but felt that wasn't the correct time or place for comments like those. More
