I bought my first vehicle from the Albany dealership in 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything v 2022, from the first service my vehicle needed up until yesterday I have dealt with Timothy Frank, he is so easy to talk to, he explains everything very thoroughly, he walked me around my car explaining what was going to be done and approximately how long it would take, brought me to the counter and checked for any recalls , explained the cost and in detail the service that was going to be provided. Then proceeded to walk to to the waiting room , explained a few more things to me and came back when my vehicle was completed, went over the bill with me , walked me to the payment center and shook my hand and away I went . I can’t say enough good things about him. He is very kind and caring and I feel confident that he is offering me the proper service, I commend him for his customer service skills , it’s very important to me as a female that knows very little about vehicles, i appreciate his honesty.
