I highly recommend. I was driving to a medical appointment early Wednesday and suddenly had a check engine light show on my Mazda. I called Cochran Mazda, where I got it I was driving to a medical appointment early Wednesday and suddenly had a check engine light show on my Mazda. I called Cochran Mazda, where I got it from, and they either would not or could not schedule me for a month just to diagnose the issue. I decided to Call Kenny Ross Mazda, since I was in their area for the doctor appointment. What a difference! They scheduled me in that same day at 1:30 to diagnose, determined it was a faulty thermostat, ordered the part (which already arrived the following morning) and got me scheduled in for the repair Friday morning. An excellent experience. I will be dealing with Kenny Ross moving forward. This is the way service should be! More

The workers were very nice and helpful and only wanted to help us with what we needed fixed. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary services on us, and they got us in and out in under an hour for a battery help us with what we needed fixed. Great experience buying a 2026 Mazda 3 hatchback stick shift in the color I wanted and with the accessories I wanted that were available. Kudos to sales manager Joe Wohlslagle and salesman Raf Lewis. The car I wanted was soul red crystal and a hatchback stick; Joe came through and added the port and dealer accessories. Raf handled the transaction and both were very thorough. I bought a Mazda here ten years ago and keep coming back because they have good people here. More

Everything about this service appointment was perfect, from scheduling to diagnostics to the actual service appointment, everyone with whom I had contact was extremely helpful and professional. I needed from scheduling to diagnostics to the actual service appointment, everyone with whom I had contact was extremely helpful and professional. I needed a part which wasn't available on my first visit. The service team apologized for the required 2nd appointment. They offered to come to my home, pick up the car and return it after the part was installed, just so I wouldn't be inconvenienced! Being recently retired, I declined the offer for 2 reasons. First, I love driving my new Mazda, and second, I was able to enjoy the very personable staff along with the fresh doughnuts and other assorted treats in the waiting area! Kudos to whomever hired this fine staff! More
