BEST Customer Experience at Oakes Kia! Karen Suarez was our Sales Consultant and she was the best of the best! Karen was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She showed us all the Karen Suarez was our Sales Consultant and she was the best of the best! Karen was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. She showed us all the features of the Kia Sportage Hybrid during our test drive and we ended up ordering the SX Prestige trim . Karen continued to give us updates on the car build. We waited 7 months for our car and it was definitely worth the wait. We worked with Cristian Arechiga on the extended warranty and he was also fantastic. Everyone we met at Oakes Kia was friendly and genuine. We absolutely loved everything about our experience! More

I would have liked my loan to not start counting and my check not be cashed several weeks before I expect to receive my car. Karen and Buddy are amazing and I will definitely consider buying from Oakes ag check not be cashed several weeks before I expect to receive my car. Karen and Buddy are amazing and I will definitely consider buying from Oakes again. It might be time to upgrade to a more electronic and/or online buying experience. I haven't received my car yet so I can't comment on whether or not Karen found me my dream car. More
