I'm not sure what took so long. My and my husband's credit is great, and it appeared we were approved within minutes, yet we had to continue to sit and sit and wait and wait to wrap up everything with I can only assume was the extended warranty rep. it would have been a really nice gesture to tell us what was going on during all of that time we were waiting. This should have been the easiest sale of the day, yet we were there at the desk for hours. When I picked up the car it was filthy with dust settled in every door seal and the windows had smears all over them. I am not sure how red dust could have been packed into the openings as there is not red dust in our area so only assume it was like that from sitting at the plant or somewhere between. I came back a week or so later to pick up the title and I saw another salesperson who was actually cleaning the windows of the sale he had just made. I was not given the opportunity to fill out the survey at pickup as the salesman filled it in and submitted it. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and with the salesperson. I was just a little disappointed that the car was in such a dirty shape with only several miles on it. More
