I purchased a 2024 Highlander XLE from Maplewood Toyota. Kari Skarman was my sales consultant and she was wonderful. Kari kept me informed of the progress and let me know where I was on the waiting list. Even though it took almost 6 months to receive my Highlander XLE, it was well worth the wait. I received a trade in value that I was happy with on my old vehicle (thank you Mark), the paperwork went smoothly (thank you Ryan), and I left a very happy customer, with a very comfortable and quiet vehicle I highly recommend Kari Skarman at Maplewood Toyota Thank you Kari More

Kari was amazing! !! She dealt with my mom for a majority of the process while I was at home working. I had let my mom know what I was looking for and Kari was very hel !! She dealt with my mom for a majority of the process while I was at home working. I had let my mom know what I was looking for and Kari was very helpful and explained everything to my mom before I was able to head over for the final process. Once I got to the dealership Kari explained everything again to me and answered all the questions I had. I was visiting from Arizona and did not know the process for purchasing a vehicle out of state. She made the process so simple and easy!!! I will recommend this dealer and Kari to all of my Minnesota family & friends if they are ever in need of a vehicle!! I ended up purchasing a 2022 Toyota Tacoma! & I love it!!! More

My sales rep Kari was such a doll. She was beyond professional and friendly. The manager Joe was extremely rude to me. I was never treated that rudely at any dealership I've done bus She was beyond professional and friendly. The manager Joe was extremely rude to me.
