Karine has been with the Penske Automotive Group for 10 years. She started in 2009 as a Sales Consultant, and then she was promoted to a Finance Manager in 2013. Karine holds a Degree in Finance from Rhode Island College and she is Master Certified with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals. Karine is originally from The Cape Verde Islands and has been residing in Rhode Island for 22 Years. When she is not working, Karine enjoys spending time with her family and in her garden, teaching her young daughter about the beauty of growing organic foods and tending to her Rose garden. Karine loves to practice Yoga and meditation. One of Karine's many strengths is her great customer service skills. The woman in the financing department behaved so poorly and insulted me regarding my income. My income was accidentally listed as weekly instead of monthly on the online application. She just couldn't beli and insulted me regarding my income. My income was accidentally listed as weekly instead of monthly on the online application. She just couldn't believe that there was ever a possibility that I could make that amount per week and requested 2 paystubs from me proving my income. Instead of asking me if there was an error, she pointed out that she corrected the application because there was no way I could have made that. To this day I am still fuming over her choice of words. I would never get financing through them ever again because of her. Everyone else I dealt with was wonderful. More

I dreaded going into a car dealer like a dentist appointment. But, to my surprise, I had the most painless and enjoyable experience!
