Colonial Honda saved our vacation. Our Pilot broke down about 20 minutes from the dealership, 5 hours from our home and another 5 hours to our final destination. After waiting in the heat for a tow from A about 20 minutes from the dealership, 5 hours from our home and another 5 hours to our final destination. After waiting in the heat for a tow from AAA, we arrived at Colonial Honda. Mark and Jim welcomed us, provided us a pleasant area in the AC to wait along with cold drinks and snacks. They unfortunately did not have the necessary part in stock but went out of their way to track one down. Aaron stayed after hours to make the repair to insure we weren’t stranded for the night, and soon we were on our way. The experience at Colonial Honda turned a nightmare into a pleasant experience and we couldn’t be more grateful. More
