Was confirmed for oil change but didn’t take me after reachi I called service and was told that they will take me if I reach before 5 pm. Top Notch Service - Very Thorough, Great People, Great Price My husband and I went to this Honda dealer an a whim, after going next door the Acura dealer. We had been looking for a new/lightly used SUV, and wen My husband and I went to this Honda dealer an a whim, after going next door the Acura dealer. We had been looking for a new/lightly used SUV, and went to Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, GMC, Chevy, Infinity, just about all of them. The sales people we met, at the various dealers and the help we received while looking varied from good, to terrible. We never expected to buy a Honda, it was just to check Honda off our list. From the moment we walked into this Suburban Honda - the service and attention we received was super (and we really had no intention to buy a Honda). Jackson Balk met us at the door and asked if he could help. He was probably the most knowledge and helpful salesperson we met during out entire search. He was eager, but not pushy. He really cared, and was not put off by thinking we were "just another couple looking at a car that probably won't buy one". We encountered that attitude at many other dealers, but not here! Ladies, I know this is 2018, but still, some of the dealers we visited seemed to dismiss me and cater more to my husband during the process. Not the case in every dealership, but in a few of the dealers... not the car here! I was given equal attention to all my questions, etc. A nice change! Jackson knew more about his cars features, benefits, etc. than any other salesperson we encountered - there wasn't a question we asked that he couldn't immediately answer. He offered to go on the test drive of the 2018 Pilot Elite we were looking at, and talked us thru practically every feature (that I never would have figured out without him!). He was totally patient while my husband and I went back and forth on the car, the options, the pricing, and the financing. No pressure, but offered lots of options and ideas. He also quickly pulled up and showed us several different cars, colors, features, etc. He introduced us to the Dealership manager, finance manager and other people in the dealership. All were way more friendly and really seemed interested in helping us, more so than any other dealer. It was not a "sales job" - it really felt more like a family dealership. They gave us a fair trade in on our car, and a fair price on the new car. I could have saved a few bucks, as I shopped TrueCar, Sam's Club pricing, but it totally wasn't worth it. This young man earned his sale with his knowledge, service, quick response and follow up. He found the car we wanted (they did not have the exact match in stock - he got it delivered to his dealership the next day, and customized it with some added features we wanted. He worked really hard to get to us within a few days of our order, customized exactly as I asked (extra body molding, extra chrome features, trailer hitch, etc.) The finance manager was also wonderful. Gave us lots of added options, but totally not pushy, and made the decisions on added coverage easy. The finance process was painless. 0.9% for sixty months was an added benefit! The car was spotless and fully fueled up at delivery. He spent time going over the features and to make sure we didn't have any questions. He has been extremely responsive during the sales process, and has followed up after the delivery to make sure we are good, not questions. etc. I have bought probably 15-20 cars in my lifetime between my husband and myself. This was honestly one of the best experiences we have had. I cannot recommend Jackson, and Suburban Honda enough. I wish all my major purchase experiences went as well a this one! More

Happy ending! After a car accident, I had lost hope of finding or buying a new car (can't handle stress). Looking on Craigslist became a hassle and frustrating, Finally I had remembered Joey from last year when I had bought my Kia and decided to give him a call about a car I saw on the website. He took the time to go and get the car from another dealership so that the next day I could test drive it. I was not impressed by the car because it was too big and I was upset and crying but I told him to try to get me approved anyway because I was in a time crunch and even had to leave for a doctors appointment and couldn't stay for the results but he took the time and an hour later I received the "phone call" that could either ruin or make my life... he called and said "you're gonna love me!" Of course I asked why and he said he had found me the perfect car!! He knew exactly what I wanted just from me explaining what my previous cars were and he found my match!! It is perfect :) after that he sat with me when dealing with my car insurance to make sure that I had all the information and the price that I deserved on the coverage. I now have a car that is the perfect size for me and after crying for weeks I can finally breathe a joyous relief. He patiently worked with me to make sure I was happy and it paid off! Thank you Joey! You saved my life and my job and I seriously can not explain how grateful I am for all the hard work you put in for helping me to get a car. I also wanted to thank Karl for taking the timE to explain my coverage on the car and answer all my questions . These two are so amazing! More

Excellent I had an issue with the car I bought Dec 2016 from this dealership---they were very accommodating and Bob (Service Manager) was very kind, kept me inf I had an issue with the car I bought Dec 2016 from this dealership---they were very accommodating and Bob (Service Manager) was very kind, kept me informed and worked his hardest to resolve it. It was agreed that I would trade this car in and get something different. I worked with Hans (New Car Manager) initially, then once again worked with Joey. A 2nd time in 4 months, and he was professional, kind and I trusted him on the deal. Highly recommend him! More

My next stop was Suburban Honda and I had a PERFECT experience from Karl kindly greeting me at the door to my salesman Joey. They could get the car I wanted - it was in state- the price was good and the deal was done quickly, kindly and professionally. I will recommend Joey to others I know and would definitely buy from them again! More
