The initial contact was good. I had four people from the dealership contact me to schedule an appointment to see the car. When I got to the dealership I had questions about the ca I had four people from the dealership contact me to schedule an appointment to see the car. When I got to the dealership I had questions about the car and got no answers. Then the salesman took me to the car and again had no answers to my questions. The car was dirty and some of the storage boxes for tools ect were loose in the front storage compartment. I spent 20 minutes with the car and was uncomfortable with my treatment. Unfortunately it is the car I have been looking for but my experience at the dealership made me uncomfortable. More

I had contacted the dealership online, inquiring about a specific vehicle. I was responded to quickly & professionally. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Sergio specific vehicle. I was responded to quickly & professionally. I scheduled an appointment which was confirmed prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Sergio greeted me showed the vehicle & accompanied me on the test drive. He was helpful & respectful during the sales process. The team moved quickly once a deal was made to complete the purchase. I had driven a rental to the dealership & they agreed to schedule a safe return to the agency. All of the available products and services offered were well presented without being forced upon me to allow for fact based decision making. Within 4 hours, the process was completed, the car was detailed, gassed up & ready for me to drive away. After the sale, I was contacted to assure satisfaction, offered further services & just to show gratitude for the opportunity to serve me. Thanks guys & gals! More
