Even though he had only been a dealer for about a month, he was incredibly patient, kind, and willing to do everything I asked while I explored options and learned more about the vehicles. I wasn’t quite ready to purchase that day, but he made such a positive impression on me. When I came back ready to buy, Juan helped me through the rest of the process and was equally amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, never pushy, and even pointed out flaws on vehicles so I could make the best decision for myself. He also took the time to let me compare different Santa Fe colors side by side at a sister location, which I really appreciated. Karrie in finance was wonderful as well.
