The sales person and support staff went above & beyond my expectations. After contacting 8 other Chevy dealership for a Silverado truck, only dealership that found 1 meeting my needs by about 95%. Sales person Kasey Knickbocker was the key that made this happen. If you want a negative the trade value was somewhat low but the dealership stepped up to the plate to make this happen. The finance manager also was very good. Didn't get his business card so the name is missing. Finally the lady that explained vehicle features was very knowledgeable and friendly doing her job. More
