Tom- I am quite concerned by your statements in your review. First of all, you and I only spoke on 1 occasion, not multiple, and that was regarding you asking me for more money for your trade-in, in which you ultimately ended up selling on your own, after we agreed to give you thousands more than the Kelley Blue Book value stated. We also discussed tire conditions on both mine and your trucks. In which that conversation ended with both you and I agreeing that we would verify the tread depth on the tires, and if they were BELOW the manufacturers recommendations of replacement, we would do such. We sent you digital readouts from EACH tires that clearly show they were all within manufacturer spec. Also, the tailgate issue, there is a bed cover on the truck that needed adjusted to allow the tailgate to open freely. It was functioning as it should when it left our store to deliver to you, however, we were made aware that by time it made to you it was no longer doing such. We agreed to have it re-adjusted at your local shop, so I apologize if this is not satisfactory to you. I will close by saying your accusations of calling myself and my highly honored salesman, "sleazy", are very offensive. We have great integrity and take pride in what we do. We always strive for 100% satisfaction, but understand that is not always the case. We wish you nothing but the best, hope you enjoy your beautiful pre-owned Ram, feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns.

Let me remind future potential customers that I mistakenly entered into a sight-unseen agreement on the faith that what I was told via text was true. On delivery defects omitted Were discovered (windshield chip, Interior and exterior scratches above normal wear and tear, dent in the bumper, some suspension sound, tires with uneven wear pattern that are noisy when driven). Here is the text exchange I had with Johnny after delivery: Tom: Hi Johnny, I took the truck to get the tailgate fixed. They drove it and said the tires are bad. Overall, I’m fairly disappointed with the condition, but I’ll let sleeping dogs lie with tire replacement. Are you ok to send me a check for new tires? [included photo of RAM service report indicating tires are bad] Johnny: That would be a zero chance of that happening . Tom: So what’s the refund policy like? Johnny: There is no refund policy. Tom: Ok, is there anything you are willing to do, or do we just acknowledge that you weren’t completely honest and call it done? Johnny: [As of 17Jun2020 Johnny has not responded] This text exchange is verbatim and does demonstrate City Automall does not always strive for 100% satisfaction. In this case they made no offer to improve my satisfaction.
