DO NOT BUY ONLINE - Sales staff is happy to lie. If I could rate these guys negative stars, I would. LIARS. Just what you expect from used car salesmen. Found what appeared to be a nice 2019 RAM If I could rate these guys negative stars, I would. LIARS. Just what you expect from used car salesmen. Found what appeared to be a nice 2019 RAM1500 for a great price. When I asked why it was priced low, I was assured it was because their business was to sell a lot of cars, making only a small amount on each one. Makes sense. Since I was 3 1/2 hours away, I asked probing questions about the condition. Was again assured by Johnny, "there's nothing at all wrong with the truck" I have the texts to prove it. When the truck was delivered here's what was wrong: Tailgate wouldn't open. Tires are trash (verified by local RAM service center who had to open the tailgate), scratches inside and out, chipped windshield, some suspension issue still not identified. Totally dissatisfied I asked about the return policy. Johnny explained "there is no return policy." When asked what they would do about the issues, they conceded to cover the cost to repair the tailgate. No coverage for the tires, scratches or broken windshield. Lesson learned: Don't ignore the red flags. To be specific: I asked for pictures of the tires. Johnny sent me 4 pictures of only two tires. He tried to fool me by moving the coin to a different location, but a rock in the tread clearly indicated it was the same tire. When I called him out, he said he was busy and didn't have time to get to the other tires. A couple of times through the process I spoke to Kasey, the owner. He was worse than Johnny. Kasey is the epitome of a sleazy car salesman. He was quick to try to discredit my concerns and certainly behind the antics of the sale. In full transparency, Joe Moravec was quite nice. Efficient, helpful and found a great loan rate. They should probably turn to Joe for some advice on how to treat people. More
