After, going to another dealer and leaving displeased, I was a little discouraged with trying to get what I wanted without settling. I am sure glad I didn’t give up. After explaining to Kash what happened he really took the time to breakdown numbers. I was willing to settle for the next model, but he refused to give up. I appreciated his honesty’s day thouroghness. I had this envision that buying a car was going to be this aggressive process, and I’m so glad that I was wrong.
