Wow, talk about beating expectations....between our salesman (Kashif) who walked us through the leasing process and had vehicles and pricing ready for us and was a polite gentleman the whole time...to salesman (Kashif) who walked us through the leasing process and had vehicles and pricing ready for us and was a polite gentleman the whole time...to the finance guy (Paolo)...to the manager (Chad) who set the tone of 'we are here to help and find you the right Mercedes' and then his team did just that! My experience with this team has been exceptional. Mannuel, AJ, and Kashif have been able to accommodate my needs. I am not an easy person to please, trust me. This was my first time buying a Mercedes Mannuel, AJ, and Kashif have been able to accommodate my needs. I am not an easy person to please, trust me. They filled my car tank, tire shined the wheels, was able to assist me with the remote starter on my phone, completed the registration in time, and fixed the navigation issue I had earlier.
