We drove from FTW to see/buy a Jetta. The salesman emphasized the car was "just checked, serviced and the oil was changed." My son liked the car and we bought it. The next day, after w The salesman emphasized the car was "just checked, serviced and the oil was changed." My son liked the car and we bought it. The next day, after we got home to FTW, there was a huge puddle of oil under the car. We called Echo Park, who promised to help, but did NOTHING. After weeks, we finally took the car to a local dealer. Turns out Echo Park serviced it improperly, which caused the oil leak. In addition, the rear brakes were completely shot. Our one-year-old Jetta, serviced and certified by Echo Park now cost us an additional $1,000.00 to make road worthy. I called Echo Park several times over the next couple of weeks in the hopes they would make it right. Each time I was told someone would call me. No one ever did. I've purchased 20 cars in my life. This was the worst customer satisfaction experience I've ever had. Once you drive off, they don't know you. Even now, I would be willing to change my review, if Echo Park just makes it right. Until that happens (if ever), this dealer will get the worst possible reviews I can give. One-thousand-dollars worth. And I would not buy from them again. More
