Bought a Jeep 8/11, was assured it was in “excellent condition” repeatedly via email and text. I paid it in full, in cash. They were QUICK to take my money and close the deal. 8/27 the transfer case lit condition” repeatedly via email and text. I paid it in full, in cash. They were QUICK to take my money and close the deal. 8/27 the transfer case literally exploded going down the hwy. Jeff at Alpine Nissan Denver, 8 hours after I sent them the pictures told me their mechanics said it was the transmission. After a 15 minute Google search I, as a non mechanic found that it was the transfer case. Jeff at Alpine Nissan Denver had no answers, offered zero assistance, told me “that sucks” and to find a towing company and mechanic. $6,000 repair. I would never buy from them again. I realize why the average American does NOT trust car salesmen. They definitely sold me a LEMON, knowingly. More

Wednesday -Bought a 2017 Ford Explorer and paid the dealership 7/31 full price to Jeff. . Was told it was leaking oil from the timing chain case and they would replace it for me. No loaners to offer th dealership 7/31 full price to Jeff. . Was told it was leaking oil from the timing chain case and they would replace it for me. No loaners to offer though and they would make things right when I received my car. I'd have it by Saturday. No calls all day so I called. Was told the tech called in sick. Would be ready M. or Tu. They'd call. M. I called after 1p sorry not ready but tomorrow. Asked for a loaner if it wasn't ready. They didn't have any. Again so sorry but we will make this right. Called Tu. late afternoon and was routed to many ext. with no answers. Wed. Texted and emailed next day Got a text: so sorry and understand your frustration the head GM will reach out to you soon. GM Katelyn emails me and says so sorry please get back with a time so we can this figure out I answered to her email., I texted, I even called to set up a time. No response at all. Called no one would answer. Th. I had my daughter take me up there and GM Jeff said the tech was out for a funeral so by Saturday8/9 I would have it. We are so sorry for this we will compensate you for this. I insisted then on a loaner 45 minutes I have a loaner. Spent the next week calling and texting where is my car. I want my car. Just get more excuses but I was dealing with my moms funeral all week. Friday8/15 I drive up there and demand to see my car and say I am not leaving until I have it in my possession. I ask for Jeff, off today. Ask for Katelyn sorry we can't find her. Then a new GM who was very kind and very concerned talked with the tech. He promised me the car in 2 hours. I was back 2 hrs to the dot. I was given the keys to my car and told it it out front now hand them the loaner keys. They seriously don't even walk me out. AND THERE WWS CERTAINLY NO COMPENSATION AFFORDED ME. MY car was dirty outside, had only 1/2 tank of gas, no washer fluid. MY salesman was there and took me out apologizing profusely for this mess. He had been on vacation. Got in my car at last! Only took them 16 DAYS TO GIVE ME My CAR I BOUGHT FROM THEM WITH CASH. My salesman then ran out to stop me because I had NO TEMP TAG!!! I thanked him for catching that, he was so nice. And that is the only 4 star I gave this dealership. More
